Dress Code of Universiti Utara Malaysia

I came across this news in some some chinese newspaper (Shi Hwa Daily i think) today, it's about the official dress code of Universiti Utara Malaysia that was released lately. Here's how it looks like.

Yes people, even long pants are disallowed for ladies. I was laughing my head off when I saw it. So why is there such kind of dress code? After some deep thought, I came upon a few reasons that such kind of dress code is released by the administration (or whoever it is) of UUM.

1. Long tight pants is too sexy for most of the male students or whoever is working there that they might lose their concentration while studying or working. Maybe most of them will get turned on by long tight pants that they can't keep on with their work anymore. Anyway, I do believe that most of us (normal guys) will usually lose our concentration and get a lil turn on(maybe) when we see....

this.....

or this....

NOT this....

2. Maybe the administration of UUM wish their students to understand and realize the importance of traditional culture, that the female students are preferably wearing baju kurung, or something that is close to baju kurung, which includes long sleeves shirt and skirt. NO pants or knee length skirt.
So if some other universities think that it's a brilliant idea and they wanna follow suit, it might end up like this....

Birthday Post 2007

I know it's a little late for my birthday post (approx. 3 weeks ago), but what to do, exam worr, damn busy.

My family were here for my birthday so we went out for some restaurant somewhere near to this Subang old airport. The dishes did not turn out that well, but there's one thing worth mentioning, we had this crab called Alaska Spider Crab, one of the biggest crab I ever ate besides the Australian Snow Crab.

Hmm..I'm not sure what are they doing...

The main body of the Crab

The rest of the body parts of the crab...

After the meal, we went home for some candle blowing ceremony, after taking some pictures, my sis mentioned something to me. Here's what she showed me....

Prank On Me.....

My few mechanical mates did some prank on me this morning, here's is how it goes....

(In com lab 10)
Me: Eh, you guys seen my phone?? (feel my pockets, front, back, everywhere)
Tim: No o...
WL: How I know where's ur phone o....
(Devan)Indian: Where did you left it?

(So i went back to the classroom that we just left seconds before, it's obvious that it's not there, the room is empty.)

Indian: Tim, faster call his phone, see if it's ringing.
Tim: Did you put it in vibration mode? (dialing my phone number)
Me: Yeah, I did, you sure you din take it?
Tim: Din la, you can check my pocket see got vibration or not....

(I went back to com lab and look for the WL)

Me: Eh, you really din take my phone meh, don play laa....
WL: Eh, how I know where's ur phone laa....

(I checked my bag thoroughly, no sign of it, so I went back to the class room again and see the Indian looking hard around the class to see if I drop it elsewhere)

Indian: You sure u got bring it or not?
Me: Sure, I remember I really did bring it. (Felt thankful to both my friends, Tim and the Indian trying hard in helping me to find my phone.)

(Went back to the com lab again kept looking around on the floor to see if i drop it.)

Tim: Check your bag again, who knows you left it inside.
Me:No worr, I check dy worr....(at the same time, open up my bag to triple check it)

Suddenly I notice the difference, my phone was lying there, right where anyone can see it when the bag is open.

When I turn around and look at Tim, he was already laughing like hell, same goes to the Indian. Hmm, feeling of gratitude for both of them was immediately gone.

Anyway, i know it's just a small prank and maybe it sounds boring, but hell, engineering life is that boring, hahhaa.....when things like this happen, we call it "happening". Hah!
