Dress Code of Universiti Utara Malaysia

I came across this news in some some chinese newspaper (Shi Hwa Daily i think) today, it's about the official dress code of Universiti Utara Malaysia that was released lately. Here's how it looks like.

Yes people, even long pants are disallowed for ladies. I was laughing my head off when I saw it. So why is there such kind of dress code? After some deep thought, I came upon a few reasons that such kind of dress code is released by the administration (or whoever it is) of UUM.

1. Long tight pants is too sexy for most of the male students or whoever is working there that they might lose their concentration while studying or working. Maybe most of them will get turned on by long tight pants that they can't keep on with their work anymore. Anyway, I do believe that most of us (normal guys) will usually lose our concentration and get a lil turn on(maybe) when we see....

this.....

or this....

NOT this....

2. Maybe the administration of UUM wish their students to understand and realize the importance of traditional culture, that the female students are preferably wearing baju kurung, or something that is close to baju kurung, which includes long sleeves shirt and skirt. NO pants or knee length skirt.
So if some other universities think that it's a brilliant idea and they wanna follow suit, it might end up like this....
